Waited way to long in online pickup line while someone shopped. Should be pick up only or not at all. Love the new location- best yet!

Easy to get in and out of the new parking area. New store is fantastic. Ordering online makes the process of purchasing so fast and easy plus pick up is faster. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

So I am agoraphobic and I have seizures real bad. I don't go anywhere without my husband. They would not allow him to come in, but I decided to try, anyway, this one time. The guy that had to deal with me was awesome. Forgive me for forgetting your name. He was very nice and walked me through everything step by step. He kept my attention on him so I didn't panic about all the people that were in there. Which was good because if I had noticed it would have been over for me. So thank you so much for making that as painless for me as possible.With that said it is not easy for someone in a wheelchair to get in and out of. Especially if they are alone. My Husband helped his Mom and she got banged up pretty good before they got help for someone to hold the heavy door open so he could get her out. The parking is handicap accessible but not the entrance.I still go here just because they make it easier for me to handle being in a public place alone.

I love the greenery. I have always been made to feel welcome. Their flowers are fabulous. Customer service is on point. I haven't met a budtender that I haven't liked. I buy cannibus from here all the time. Through my medical marijuanna card this is one of the best stores I've been to so far. Great product, gets you the high you are looking for. Great staff, friendly and professional.Giving 3 stars because prices are just way insanely high. A .5 gram cart should not be 25$. I see deals on flower all the time. I really think there should be deals on carts/vapes sometimes too.

got a Bold disposable that was supposed to be .5, smoked like a .350 because it did not even last 12 hours and I was babying it, I really feel like I got ripped off, on top of that I finally got my 500 points and I get a whole five dollars off my next purchase and the only item I want they don’t have, they’re always out of it, THE ONLY ONE ITEM!!!!

I usually don't have any problems out of this place, but today was a mess. I went in asking for a cartridge...the lady told me that what I was buying WAS a cartridge...The lady was wrong. I have to drive 45 minutes to get to this place, they don't do returns (obviously), I just think that people should know what they are selling...

Good selection. Good discounts and sales. I have had problems with products before, hence the changing reviews. For the most part they made it right or got me in touch with people from those companies. I like this dispensary, I used to love it. I hope it gets back to where I do again, there are few knowledgeable budtenders, this place has so much combined info and experience you cant help but learn from them, that is what I like.

The prices can be a little high but the quality always exceeds my expectations, (compared to OK shops anyways). The Greenery does have weekly deals and specials though so I can always find a way to save money which is great! The staff are wonderful and they help me find what I’m looking for. I recommend them to my friends or anyone with a card.Initially I had 4 stars but I can’t let legislation get in the way of the quality service that The Greenery brings!!

I love the Greenery! Not only is their staff so friendly and helpful but I really appreciate that they offer affordable strains for patients on a budget. When I go in and Kevin is working I am always greeted with a big smile and a very happy hello. Followed by a comforting smile from Debbie and Dylan walking up to the counter with my order. He often goes above and beyond and pulls possible other selections in my price point that I might like better. I feel like I'm part of the family when I pick up my medicine. Thank you team Greenery!

A bunch of little changes starting right before they moved buildings has eventually culminated into this place being the better of the two dispensaries in the region. Prices are comparable to the rest of the state, but their weekly deals are very good and have brought me back in week after week for a while. I have nothing but good things to say about the entire staff as well. My only gripe is I wish they sold a slightly bigger selection of concentrates in the half gram sizes, if they did I likely wouldn't shop anywhere else.

The Greenery has more friendly and professional budtenders than any dispensary I have been to in 4 states, rec or med. They have outstanding products and really affordable price ranges, especially for seniors and veterans. I eagerly await the new storefront they are building behind their current location. Just wait, the Greenery is going to be the focal point of cannabis education and sales in the Fort Smith area!! They have my heart and my dedicated business. ♥️ I strongly urge anyone reading this to go find out for themselves.

Do NOT go to this dispensary, it's a joke. I'll drive to Van Buren or Fayetteville from now on for a quality experience. If you have card issues they do NOT care to help. I'll use Good Day Farms until or if Fort Smith gets another dispensary. Going to this place is a waste of time and money.

$60.00 +tax for two 1/8's... (Cookies and Chem Smalls - Bold Cultivation) get home and the "BUDS" are the size of an eraser on a pencil. so yeah it says smalls on the order page but it didn't say TINY! guarantee if i ever go back, i will ask to see what i am buying. popcorn buds are cool, but these are smaller than that. otherwise the staff here is awesome and i don't hold anything against them i know it's not their fault! check your purchases!

Said I couldn't buy flower because I'm not 21 when it's not an issue at other dispensaries in Arkansas and I've had my card for 2 years now. I feel rather discriminated against for my age.Plus doesn't law state to be 18 or older (or if a minor has a card, they need a caregiver to get medical) to qualify for medical marijuana?

This place was awesome! They have so many different things than the dispensary I usually go to. Friendly and helpful staff, lots of parking, but they get busy and sometimes have a wait.

It's hard finding a good dispensary these days, since moving from Clinton,Ar. Really really becoming a regular here though! Fort Cannibus has always had great prices, FRIENDLY faces, and great customer service. To me, that's important. Some dispensaries in this area are running them more like head shops. And very rude. Not at Fort Cannibus..They are very helpful, knowledgeable and will always make sure you are taken care of! Thank you Fort Cannibus for all y'all do.

Product is a 50/50 toss up usually at least by my own standards. But, The service is absolutely amazing. Pricey. And, the location is roomie and comfortable.

Will not be returning due to lack of choice and inventory and the OUTRAGEOUS PRICES. The employees here do not accept the role of a true bud tender. It seems as if the only objective of this business is to make as much money off of sick and struggling patients as possible. The prices are outrageous. 10 miles into Oklahoma and you get 10 times what you would for the price of one gram. It's simple and easy, apply for an adult temporary out of state medical cannabis license in Oklahoma! It's only temporary but it's only a hundred bucks! If I were you I would not contribute a single dime to this establishment. This is the worst strategy when combating illegal street sales! People still will forfeit 10 miles worth of gas to go to Oklahoma to buy 10 times what they would in Arkansas in comparison, sell it at cheaper prices and still make a profit! The Arkansas cannabis program is unfortunately motivating more and more people to sell illegally. If you want a good dispensary that's still in Arkansas go to enlightened in Clarksville. They always have specials on their new products and they are a whole lot less expensive than fort cannabis company!!! Skol!!!!

I’ll sum this up in one phrase, price gouging. This business is taking advantage of patients who are sick and in need. Get a guest pass for Oklahoma dispensaries and go across the border. The $113 you pay for a single 1gm cartridge at Fort Cannabis, can buy you 28 cartridges just over the state line (yes I’m serious). Those of you that use flower, it’s $75 an ounce over the state line instead of $80+ a quarter at Fort Cannabis. Literally highway robbery. And don’t believe their nonsense about having better quality product(they don’t). Testing for product standards is essentially the same in Oklahoma as it is in Arkansas. Stop wasting your money supporting this unscrupulous business, until they stop taking advantage of the sick and needy in our community. They should be ashamed.

Man it's crazy the prices Arkansas has. Good job continuing to ensure the black market thrives. Syringes for $80? You can get them for $10 in oklahoma. $40 an eighth? You can get ounces for $100 all day long in Oklahoma. One gram carts for $60? Comparable in Oklahoma would be 9 1 g carts for $50.. the high-end ones are 40 bucks. It's hilarious guys I don't know why anybody would pay the prices I guess they just don't know better

I love the staff there and I really really really enjoyed the incredible holiday sale on flower. I'm a tad upset because I was told that they would have that item on the huge sale for a while. I called yesterday as I was told that I could do to inquire about the prices still being marked down . The lady was a little rude and said " we don't know when we will have those again. "So. I guess back to 40 bucks for an eighth. Geez. Plus..I came from a different dispensary and I must also add that the selection of flower in my opinion is lacking severely!!! There generally are only three or four different labels in each category of flower. So not much selection to choose from. You NEVER know what to expect upon arrival because of the small variety.I also wonder why nothing is priced at a 1 / 2 ......or more to save us some cash when we buy more quantity!! I don't like that all stains cost 40 per 8 th because most others price according to the strength . From 30 the middle goes up and stronger more. Etc. Here it is all high !!! The price that is !! . And it's EXPENSIVE. ... I DO love going here but I wish they would have a larger variety of flower and I'm more bulk cost because it's hard times. Please bring back the sale !!! Thanks. Not complaining- Just some facts The new loyalty program roll out was sloppy12-4-21 I make a small purchase to purposely reach 300 points / 10% off Four days later I make a substantially larger one to utilize that 10% “loyalty” reward only to find out 2 things - Points earned ( $$$ spent ) on the old program will NOT be honored AND the new program only offers a measly $5 off with a vague promise of “discounts on stuff you buy” I understand business models change - What I don’t understand is why you didn’t honor patients who participated in the old program & gained a “here to for” promised 10% discount ? I love ???? you guys - JUST SAYIN’

The one time I went in the bud tenders weren't very knowledgeable, but they were very kind. The atmosphere was kinda blah. I wouldn't drive down there specifically to go but I'd stop in if I were already going to be there.

Pretty good for an AR dispensary. A bit uptight and everything is better a couple miles west into Oklahoma,but I like this place. I like the look of it and some of their stuff is of a high quality!

The atmosphere is awesome, pretty plants decorating the place, as well as some beautiful murals. I have yet to come across a rude staff member. Literally everyone is so nice! I would give five stars if it were not for the price.... it's up there unfortunately. You walk out paying $16 for a gram, and dang near 50 an eighth, whereas in Bentonville you pay $10.50 for a gram of their lower tier.

Price is a little high but they do have quality product and seems it's fresh out the garden of eve itself

Doors opened right on time. It was my first visit here, the intake process was quick and easy. Place is dog friendly (make sure your dog is animal and people friendly) The live menu in the lobby makes it possible to decide what you want while waiting. Atmosphere of the lobby and the check out room was chill. (Most dispensaries I feel on display because of glass dividers and a hospital vibe, go to Fayettevilleto see what I mean) Check out was easy. Pretty good selection of bud. I only really smoke ???? but their selection of edibles looked wide. The location is not the most convenient but I don't know a lot about targeting audiences. Will definitely be going back and not just because it's the only dispensary within 55 miles. Picture is of lemon haze by gdf.

Love this place .. the staff is so welcoming and helpful. It's so quick to get in and out.. don't think I've ever been there more than 10 minutes... I make weekly trips and enjoy going.

I've been coming here and several other dispensaries all over Arkansas since they opened the doors. I don't much care for this particular dispensary. The They are over priced and Under- stocked and they have a very small selection. The workers seem to be overly worried about what "tips" they are getting in their tip jars and under worried about the customer standing in front of them. There are only two workers there that don't rush me in and rush me out. I rarely have time to compare THC levels, specials on the on the menu board, etc... Too bad it's the only one in Sebastian county.

Fcc has good prices but they need to do mental health checks on the tenders before hiring them. One of them is a goth karen wack job intials H.H she'll think you go there to see her rather than going to get their mmj. Dresses like she stole her clothes from grandma's closet and has weird looking eyes. Which if you look at accidentally she have all other tenders think you're a stalker or something she's very strange.She'll have other tenders take her place to avoid interaction. I'm there for my mmj weirdo not to see you goodness what a crazy individual. But no matter I let my card expire I'll never go there again.

Only place in Ft Smith. Bud tenders are mostly always awesome and can usually assist in the right bud for the aliments that are specific to you. Small quantities unless your lucky to catch an Oz. Have allot to shop for, not everything but an ok selection. Must have a mask but don't worry they have some at front desk. HAPPY SHOPPING

Arkansas has it going on. Yes it might be $40. Plus tax for a 8th but the quality is A+. I’ve been medical patients since 2009 and lived in COLORADO AND CALIFORNIA. I have to say the quality coming out of Arkansas competes with Colorado top growers. Oklahoma does have some great deals but the quality is far and few between. The top shelf in ROLAND is no we’re close to the products that Fort Cannabis sells. Natural State Chisel is capable of being award winning. BOLD, OSAGE CREEK. Revolution, and Natural State all have great products you can tell they care about and all want to be best. I really think ARKANSAS is a medical cannabis state to model off of. Yes there could be more Cultivators in dispensaries but I think limiting the cultivators has made it where there is more pride in products. ARKANSAS TRULLY SELL MEDICAL GRADE WEED NOT MIDGRADE trash like across the border.Now as for FORT CANNABIS I LOVE THE STAFF and how helpful they all our. I truly can’t complain. Only thing I truly wish the had was some products like shirts and stickers to put on my car. I’m going to miss Arkansas and Fort Cannabis once I’m Transferred later this year.Thank you for helping me state medicated.

Great people, but closing time is way too early. Also the fact that if there is only 1 gram bags available, they WILL NOT give you 7 Gs for quarter price you have to pay the 14 to 15 a gram.They also have 0 deals available and they do have compassionate Care for veterans which is great but do not offer compassionate Care for anybody else ????

Can not call in orders anymore. Cant get the app to work right so have to drive in and hope they have what you want. Have looked online then driven the hour drive to get there only to be told they sold out of th he product that was online an hour earlier. This dispensary is amazing. The people here are incredibly welcoming and helpful, and are LGBT+ friendly. The showroom has plenty in it without being overwhelming, especially if you're new to everything.Another thing I appreciate about them is that they actually follow the COVID-19 precautions, so I don't feel at risk of getting sick when I go.You do have to bring cash however, as with virtually any other dispensary to my knowledge, due to marijuana's current federally illegal status (as of Jan. 2021).The prices are a little bit high, but that's with almost any dispensary in Arkansas (due to very limited cultivation licenses within the state, there's very little competition at the growers level, meaning they can get away charging the dispensaries more, raising the price of the final product)

First off, I have been buying from here since Mar, and am updating my review from the past 8 or so months. The staff is great, and I really appreciate their commitment. Everyone I have interacted with, has been very friendly and professional. That being said, I have changed my rating, but I'm not sure if my first few complaints are more about the dispensary, or the cultivators.First, the prices on flower are fairly reasonable, but there are hardly ever any amounts besides 1/8s anymore. Seems like we're not being given more options, just so we have to pay more. The cartridges and wax are definitely overpriced. And it seems the THC % is really low in flower and wax, more often than not. Cartridge % are fair, in my opinion. Also, it really seems like very little product is being sent, because they run out, way too fast.Now, being at the dispensary... my biggest complaint really, is the people in line. Rarely does anyone give you space in line. For some reason, they want to stand shoulder to shoulder. This is more of a personal problem (even before covid, I did not like standing that close to any stranger,) but to give those people a break, there really is no good place to stand in line, and when they repainted the parking lot, they put handicap parking, where the line is... And, for some reason, people like taking the line through those parking spaces, and down the parking lot to the road, instead of on the sidewalk. Either way, there's a good chance you'll have to dodge vehicles in the parking lot, when you're standing in line. There were markers for spacing, but those have disappeared.Overall, right now at least, there are very few options for quantity, which leaves the customer paying more, low THC % more often than not (yes, this is a factor for me because my pain is more bearable with higher THC, and it helps a lot with pain management,) and the overcrowding in a line that you have to watch out for traffic in, is all a bit much. I have to state again, though, the staff has been great.

I went to go into side door and the girl was VERY RUDE!!!!!!!!!! She told me to put on my mask. I went to reach for it in my purse and she kept repeating you need to step back through the door, step back, step out of the door and put your mask on. There's no one in the closed space between the two doors.No big deal about the mask but her tone was RUDE and controlling. I told her I would just go somewhere else if she's going to be like that about it.I then I heard her laughing and telling her co-workers about it as I waited for my product!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!! Once there are more dispensaries I WILL NOT USE THIS ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!....I will gladly drive somewhere else. TOO OVERPRICED FOR THE PRODUCT AND SELECTION!!!!!!

The people rock, the prices vary-sometimes they're ok. Others higher than really would like. Atmosphere is definitely improving, started out with a cold stern feel, now it's chill and happy. I know it's the only game in town, and I'm new to it , but my first experience here was really pleasant. Ordering on line was easy, and the two phone calls I made were handled politely and professionally. When I arrived to pick up my purchase, I was helped by Jordy. He immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable, was extremely knowledgeable, and very patient with this senior citizen. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Same price No matter the THC percentage they never run any discounts or specials like most shops do. Products vary.. some staff is great some are not.. Product selection is not the greatest compared to other shops in Arkansas

When you are the only medical dispensary in the county. You automatically get 5 stars. The employees are friendly and a few are extremely knowledgeable about the products. At this time you have to place an online order. The website is user friendly easy to navigate. There is a 10% disability discount. If you have questions give them a call. Please use responsibly.

Good company just high prices, no pun intended. Other dispensaries in the state are way cheaper. However the people are friendly and the product is good so if you gotta do it, so be it.

Busy! They rush ya right through

The entire atmosphere and experience was one of the worst I've had it any dispensary in Arkansas not because of poor customer service or lack of parking or having to wait has none of these were an issue I was right in to a holding room where I was handed a menu unable to look at any product in a reasonable manner and found the prices, atmosphere and the selection to be a drag.

The 2 stars is the fact they have great staff. My issue is price compared to the seed weight. Frequent buyer an 2 times has it been seedless this time the "eleven roses" $45.50 1/8 was so bad that I can't come up with anything to say

i’ll give you one star for excellent flavor of your flower.minus one star for lack of strains,minus one star for low THC percentages,minus one star for wait times in line for stuff that’s ordered online.minus one star for constantly running out of product.minus one star for ridiculous prices on your concentrates.how long have you been open?I will reevaluate after you have remodeled. right now you’re at -1 star, but this is just my opinion.ps, I recommend people get a card from Oklahoma.

Love the bud tenders and staff, very nice and helpful. No deals and pretty pricey. But overall I think it is worth 4.5 Stars. Very beautiful flowers ????????????????

I'd really give it a 3.5 if I could. Prices are pretty high there honestly. The service saves it along with the fact that they keep a few of my favorite strains. I typically go to Fayetteville if I can. They have better prices and more deals. But I can't always make it that far. Soon I'll have my card for Oklahoma and I'll get it for dirt cheap

Fort cannabis is awesome its still all new and they seem to stay on it. Can't help theres only 3 suppliers. Somebody needs to get with it and have more growers or something to help keep flower in at ft. Smith.

Very kind, always do their best to get in and out and treat people fairly

The employees are so nice, helpful, knowledgable and patient. But the growers don't keep the FCC supplied very well. They don't get a lot of high THC strains and run out of product quickly. But great experience overall.

The people were so very polite, manageable and helpful. I would recommend everyone to enjoy your visit. Took me less than 5 minutes for them to get me in the system , get my product and put the door. Felt very welcome and comfortable.

Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Can't wait for Covid to be over to go in and get the full experience.
